Grown in the Yirgacheffe highlands of Ethiopia, this exceptional Arabica offers an elegant and aromatic cup with delicate jasmine notes, balanced sweetness and refreshing, medium acidity.

Our Yirgacheffe coffee is cultivated in the renowned Gedeo highlands, one of Ethiopia's most esteemed coffee-producing regions. The combination of high altitude, fertile soil, and a favorable climate allows the coffee cherries to ripen slowly, resulting in a distinct acidity, elegant floral aromas, and exceptional sweetness.

Where coffee begins

The coffee is produced by Finchewa Cooperative, part of the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union, which represents over 38,000 smallholder families. The cooperative supports sustainable agriculture, fair prices, education, and the development of local communities.

Only fully ripe coffee cherries are harvested, which are then processed using the washed method. The cherries are depulped, fermented for approximately 24–48 hours, thoroughly washed, and then slowly dried on raised African beds. This process helps achieve a clean, vibrant cup with exceptional clarity and a delicate floral character.
