What is single origin coffee?

Single-origin coffee comes from a single, defined region, farm, or cooperative. Unlike blends, it does not combine beans from different locations.

This allows us to better understand the unique character of a particular harvest. The taste of coffee is influenced, among other things, by weather conditions, altitude of cultivation, and the method of processing the beans after harvest. All these elements shape the final coffee profile.
